I have two herringbone tweed throws which I have had for a few years now. The quality is exceptional and they still look like new.

I've bought from the Mill a few times now and every time has been a great experience. Delivery is fast and the tweeds themselves have been gorgeous. Such high quality for the price. I make scarves that go to America and the feedback I've had has been exceptional. They always remark on the vivid colours and softness of the tweed and the repeat orders are always welcome.

I recently bought an Orange and Grey Herringbone Tweed Throw from Mike at From the Mills, and the quality is simply outstanding. It feels like a piece of history brought into the modern day. The craftsmanship is something industrial-era Halifax would have been proud of, it is authentic tweed that manages to be both hardy and incredibly comfortable at the same time.

Mike is a fantastic, approachable guy with a real "go-getter" attitude, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the heritage of his craft. I am already trying to twist his arm to make me a matching flat cap and perhaps even line my Land Rover in his tweed!
